A retrofit of our Navigator 4.0?

Did you know that it is possible to retrofit our automation system - the Navigator 4.0, to your existing air screen cleaner?

A retrofit of the Navigator 4.0 and Adaptive Aspiration Control (AAC) system allows you to take full control of the aspiration system in your air screen cleaner, measure the air velocity in the aspiration chambers, set up recipes to better control your batch operations and interchange data with others in your team.

It only takes three days

In just three days, our service engineer has installed, set-up and adjusted the Navigator 4.0 and AAC to your specific requirements, allowing you to be up and running quickly.

The Navigator 4.0 and AAC reduces the amount of prime product found in the waste product, and the risk of having to re-run your seed or grain is eliminated because of your pre-set air velocities and batch recipes.
