PART 1: NAVIGATOR 4.0

We have been working hard the past six months and are now proud to announce that our recent new development, the Navigator 4.0, is successfully running at two sites and will soon be made available to everyone.

The first available feature of many to come is an adaptive aspiration control system (AAC), which allows you to maintain a constant air velocity in the product sorting zones (pre-aspiration and final aspiration) regardless of fluctuations in the aspiration system – this without the need for you to intervene.

So, if you have trouble finding skilled labour to operate your manually adjusted machinery, or if you simply want to gain the highest possible sorting precision and output quality of your product, the Navigator 4.0 system is what you need. The new system will reduce the running-in
period from start-up to full operation, which will save a lot of the unproductive time you would
normally encounter to reach a stable process. Also ensuring the requested product quality with a reduced percentage of good product in the waste. This means that you can increase your operational flexibility and be able to run your business the way you want.

The Navigator 4.0 will be available as a kit you can install on almost any Westrup Air Screen Cleaner, as well as having it factory mounted when you order your new Westrup Air Screen Cleaner.
