The LA-H small-scale laboratory brushing machine
Our brushing machine is designed to separate grass seed, twin kernels, and other types of product as well as to polish, or peel the seed or grain by gently brushing its surface.
The LA-H comes in two configurations:
🌱 A standard brushing machine for separating seed and kernels, peeling and polishing.
🌱 An organic version used to remove unwanted harmful spores in organic seed and grain.
In both versions the dust and brushed of particles are removed by air, and they also offer the following features:
✔️ Exchangeable mantles which can easily be changed to suit the type of product being processed
✔️ A rotating shaft with two internally adjustable brushes, steel or rubber beaters
✔️ Manually adjustable brushing degree
There are various advantages when using the different types of brushes and beaters – which one is the right choice for you depends on the type of seed and grain you are brushing and your goals for the process.
The LA-H is mainly used prior to the cleaning and grading process and can be used for a wide variety of seed and grain, but is very often used in grass seed installations.
